Getting differant results from same search


first time I searched;
residential;
lhc
street name
got around 20 in the return search
2nd time
same search criteria
got 0
closed wardex window
reopened window logged back in to wardex
did same search; again got 0
today
same search, except street name,netted 20
same search differant agent, differant computer, netted 29
today's search criteria consited of ;
lhc
horizon six
i am curious what anyone reading this gets??!!

Yes , it's happened to me. 
       Input criteria, hit search got 20 matches, printer friendly view, read this list when it appeared and it wasn't finding a listing that I knew matched my criteria so I used the back buttons to double check it and low and behold. 
    I changed nothing in my criteria, I just used cancels and back clicks and then hit the search button again and I got 24 matches and sure enough the house I had in mind was there.  This or something similar has happened to me several times over the year or so we've been with Innovia.
    And in addition to  getting different results I've had it do something else strange. 
   I input criteria - hit search and got the Matches Found button/box so I hit Printer Friendly. The matches found box indicated 13 property matches --The printer friendly list that appeared had only 1 property. 
    I used back button taking me back to the search page, with all my data.  Then I hit search again , matches found 13 , printer friendly and same thing only 1 property showed up.  Why??  I'll never know.
   I logged off and relogged in and did the same search and it worked normally and accurately. 
    I know < I know --- As always it was me or my computer but I thought I'd share that one in case anyone else has had problems with match count and friendly list not matching.

This happens to me all the time. I ask for a home with a pool in Lake Havasu. I get none,zero, nothing. We all know that can't be true. I log out and log back in and get homes
It doesn't matter when or what I ask for, even if it's only active, LHC & under 250K I first get zero, nothing and if I'm lucky, the next time I do get homes. This system needs to figure out why there are so many problems after this long of time. Very poor service.

I spoke with a gal from Innovia today. long story short.. they are reading this board, she has started work orders for all the issues.  this issue of differant resutls/same search; she has been unable to re-produce this problem. So this example is a good one Pat. thanks. she is supposed to get us a date when the java is being removed from the program, this , they think, is the crashing freezing problem. which would be a BIG FIX. So any examples of the inconsitancy in the search criteria , would be great. what did you choose? i dont know, whatever you did, just include it in your explainations. I havent found any thing in paticular that causes the numbers to change, it just does it, so I couldnt help her to re-create it, but then thats the problem isnt it? also, I found it interesting that all these issues did not have work orders already under way. evidently the problems we are reporting arn't reaching Innovia. who knew??hmm
