What does MI , PR and ET mean?


does anyone know what these abbreviation mean, Looking under listing history;
MI
PR
XT
????
anyone know?

MI is a misc change to the listing (something that is not a price or status change.
PR is a price change
XT is a listing transfer (from one agent to another)

thanks, how did you know that? is there somewhere in the program it tells you that? i mean , how are we supposed to know this stuff?
if your sitting with clients and they ask you what this means, you look like an idiot! this program is so obtuse ashamed

TR - is listing transfer
