I pasted this from another post as I found this issue as well. I had been advising my clients of the "great" feature and it worked for many of them for a while but then quit working giving them the same "no longer logged in" page. Even though they had just logged in. I now use the prospect cart exclusively, so far ( and I am so afraid to make this claim and bring on another Innovia curse) that has been functioning for my clients to at least see the listings I send them or the auto system inputs. No one has claimed any issues accessing their cart as of yet. What is going to happen to the public access site we've been advising our clients to use with this new go through our Wardex website??? I just love clicking and clicking so now when Innovia crashes I get more clicking .
