If you are tired of hearing; "we cannot duplicate your error" "no-one else has reported this problem" "delete your java and re-install" "dont use IE use firefox or netscape" ok you get the point.Which is;Innovia will not take resposibilty for their problems within their software program. It is not our job to change our settings, or our computers,to get their program to work! At our meeting today, many problems/faults, were brought up by all there. With no expection, when the question was asked "how many have experianced this problem" all hands were raised. Some of the problems raised were; * Does your browser close (crash) suddenly taking all your other windows with it? * Do you frequently get differant results with the same search criteria? *Does the program freeze on you? causing you to restart your computer? *Does it freeze other programs?
everyone there had experianced these problems, when ask how often, the answers were..... everyday! this bulliten board will serve several purposes; it will be a record of problems we have. it will give a forum to share ways we have gotten around the program to make it work. (which we shouldnt have to do, but hey we have to work!) it will give us data to show Innovia what is going on.
Because,unless Innovia or Jack can duplicate your error, is there a record of the report you sent in? my understanding is there is not. it is not considered a problem unless it can be duplicated by them. it is only your problem. we know this is not true,but now we have a forum to prove it.
if you dont have time to fill out the wardex or innovia problem forms or feel it is going into a black hole, from which you dont here back for a week, then post it here. there maybe others who have figured out a way to help get the program to work. if not, it will, at the very least be kept as a paper trail and record of errors and problems. so get-of-it and blurb something
