Maybe you all know this , but it was new to me... The public site of wardex, when or if you link to it, or send your clients to it; the email shown is for the Broker! I just tested it and its true; this is what it shows; wow that sucks. glad i never linked to it!
The answer to this one is really rather simple...It is a public website! The listing agent gets any leads that are generated from this site.
I have noticed a lot of agents/brokers are making the mistake of linking the public site to their website. That is fine if you want to help listing agents sell their own listings...
So here is the solution: If you have your own website you will need to purchase the Wardex IDX solution. You can find the order forms in Wardex or on the new (and totally useless as of yet) wardex-online.com
Your clients will be able to do the same search on your website as they can on the public side with the main difference being....you guessed it...you get the leads
The IDX package comes with three search links 1. Search the entire MLS 2. Your office/Firm listings 3. Your personal inventory
If you want to see them in action I have 1&2 on our website...
Note: In my humble opinion the IDX solution is way overboard. If we as agents are struggling to perform an accurate and successful search, how do we expect Joe and Jane Public to figure out the search screens. I wish Innovia would revamp the interface for the IDX to something simple ala REALTOR.com...
[spoiler] I dont link to the wardex site, never have. With Pargon we got the IDX for free, I had a link to our office listings on my web site. But then Innovia decided we had to pay for that. What do you pay for those 3 options? I link to our Lhar assoc site for mls serches (opens a new window) you said; The answer to this one is really rather simple...It is a public website! I do believe it goes to the listing agent, not necessarily the broker...
Pricing: Agent $95 Activation Fee - $200 annual
There is also a Firm Pricing option where the Activation Fee is $195. I am not sure why because unless I read things wrong, the Agent Package offers more options.
for us it is the broker. see the above that i copied and pasted. my question is why do we have to pay for that from wardex, that was not the case with Paragon. oh, wait, thats right the listings are wardex's, thats why they implant their name on OUR pictures. sure i get it
