I used a previous listing on a sold condo to do a CMA and then activated the CMA after editing it with the correct information. Everything went fine except the follow. Since this was a new listing activated from an old closed one the orginal list prices showed up in my listing. Also the orginial selling and pending information shows up when try to edit the new listing although the listing looks normal and has an active status. I cannot use edit to remove the previous closing and selling information which appears when I try and edit but doesn't appear on the activated listing that everyone uses. The new MLS listing is # 808890
Sorry to hear that yet another of the fancy bells and whistles Innovia showed us to *sell us on buying their product doesn't work. I tried sometime back to create a listing in the same manner but ( luckily for me ) it didn't even activate. So I just did the manual input as if it hadn't any existing history in the system. And ignored the input data I'd done when doing the CMA I say luckily, because it seems like rather than simplify the input method and save you time and effort on double entries to CMA and manual input. You've got a real can of worms to figure out. Best of luck to you. Hopefully you'll get help and this won't be one of those It must be you or your computer.
